The Phoenix Public Market takes place Wednesdays and Saturdays year round, with varying hours from May-September and October-April. Fresh produce and other goods are only a short drive away when you stay at Desert Shadows RV Resort. The market takes place downtown on Central Avenue between Fillmore and McKinley Streets.

Admission is free and open to the public from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesdays and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Starting October 1 the Saturday market will stay open until 1 p.m. Many local farmers and vendors come out to the market, selling fresh flowers, fruits, vegetables, coffee, jams, honey, meat, dairy and baked goods.

You can use your purchases to cook up a fresh meal in your RV or bring back some tasty sweets to share with loved ones. You can even come out for Food Truck Fridays in the same location from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
